SWEET ART MASTER – MASTERS SERIES 2026
OFFICIAL ENTRY AGREEMENT
1. Private Facebook Group
Each participant must create a private Facebook group for their competition entry.
The group name must follow this format:
Full Name – Category – Division
Example only:
Jane Doe – Holiday Cake – Semi-Professional Division
The name used must be the same as the name used when submitting payment.
The name must also match the name provided in the Word Entry Form.
The participant will serve as the group administrator.
Access must be granted only to the Chief Judge, the Senior Advisory Judge, and the judges assigned to the participant’s category.
No additional members may be added without approval.
I must upload the required process photos and video documentation, as described in the Official Rules.
After creating the group, I must email the group name and link to
sweetartmastershow@yahoo.com, and send an invitation to join the group.
2. Word Entry Form
The Word Entry Form is available for download directly below this Entry Agreement.
Participants may download the form before submitting payment and may re-download it at any time if needed.
The form must be completed in full.
The completed Word document must be uploaded to the private Facebook group.
The document must be attached and pinned directly under the final official image of the competition piece.
Submission of the completed Word Entry Form is a required part of the competition process.
3. Work Preservation & Live Final
The competition piece must remain intact until the official live final date of the category.
The live final date is stated in the Official Rules.
The exact time of the live broadcast will be communicated in advance.
The work may not be dismantled, sold, consumed, or altered before the live review.
If selected as a finalist:
The participant must attend the live online broadcast.
The competition piece must be presented clearly on camera.
The work must be shown in proper lighting.
Upon request of the judges, close-up views must be provided for detailed evaluation.
The participant is fully responsible for internet connection and technical setup.
The organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side.
Failure to attend the live broadcast or properly present the work will result in loss of finalist status.
4. Entry Fee Policy
Sweet Art Master – Masters Series 2026 is an international online competition.
All entry fees are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Withdrawal from the competition
Disqualification
Incomplete documentation
Absence from the live final
Schedule conflicts
Technical issues
Personal circumstances
By submitting payment, the participant confirms full acceptance of the Official Rules and this Entry Agreement.
FINAL NOTICE
THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE ONLINE COMPETITION.
FINALISTS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE FINAL.
PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR TECHNICAL SETUP.
PAYMENT CONFIRMS ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS.
