Julia Fedorova is the founder of Sweet Art Master™ and the owner of Julia Fedorova Cakes, based in New York City.
An International Certified Judge (ICJ) and recipient of the Wilbur Brand Memorial Service Award, Julia has served as a Judge of the IBIE Creative Cake Decorating Competition (2022, 2025) and is a member of the IBIE Creative Cake Decorating Competition Judging Committee.
In 2024, she directed the Sweet Art Master Sugar Show & Cake Competition and served as one of its judges.
A self-taught cake artist, she has earned international recognition for her botanically accurate sugar flower compositions. She is the developer of Sweet Art Master™ professional gum paste and botanically correct veiners, cutters, and molds.
Julia teaches and demonstrates at cake conventions and professional events and is the author of Sweet Botany. Her work has been featured in international cake publications.
She has also supported and sponsored multiple cake shows across the United States.
