With over 50 years of professional experience—spanning more than five decades—Sheila M. Miller represents a true legacy in the art of sugar decoration. A cake decorator for more than 50 years and owner of Sheila’s Cakery for 41 years, she embodies a lifetime devoted to craftsmanship, leadership, and education.
An internationally respected judge and Certified Master Sugar Artist, Sheila has held numerous distinguished leadership roles within the International Cake Exploration Société (ICES), including Board Member, Vice President, President (1997), and recipient of the prestigious Wilbur Brand Memorial Service Award.
Her career includes more than 125 awards, multiple Best of Show titles, national competition medals, and an appearance on the television program Ultimate Cake Off. She has mentored generations of culinary professionals and continues to serve the industry through education and volunteer work.
Her role as Legacy Judge for the Decorated Cookies Category reflects Masters Series’ commitment to honoring experience, history, and the highest professional standards.
