Susan Trianos is a renowned Canadian cake designer, CMSA and educator with nearly 40 years of experience in the baking and sugar art industry, and serves as the Creative Director of Canada's Baking & Sweets Show and the founder of her educational platform, Learn to Cake, mentoring decorators both in person and online. Susan also spends much of her time developing gingerbread house and cookie kits for some of North Americas’ largest retailers.
Throughout her career, Susan has worked in manufacturing, product development, and sales, owned a successful scratch bakery, and led the Canadian test kitchen for Pillsbury. Her work has been featured in magazines, television, and film, and she has earned international recognition through competition excellence, including Grand Champion honors at the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show.
Recognized for both championship-level wedding cakes and intricately executed decorated cookies, Susan brings refined technical precision, artistic control, and extensive judging experience to the Masters Series 2026 panel.
