I have been a cake designer for more than 7 years and my specialty is carved cakes and moldable chocolate sculpture. Although my field of expertise is related to 3D cakes, I also often create anti-gravity cakes and wedding cakes.
Most of my professional career has been dedicated to teaching creative baking classes and teaching cake decorating techniques. During the last few years I have given masterclasses of my designs from New Zealand to Canada, including Australia, Singapore, India, Kuwait, Greece, the United States and Costa Rica, among others.
Throughout my career, I have been awarded 1st prize at BCN&Cake 2015 (Spain), 1st prize and best in show at ExpoGato 2016 in Marseille (France), two gold medals at Cake International 2016 and 2019 (United Kingdom). ) and second prize at SoFlo Cake&Candy Expo 2018 (United States). In November 2019 I received the award for best Cake Designer in the Sculpted Cake category at the Cake Masters Awards, the Oscars of creative pastry internationally.
