Hand sculpting, fondant sculpting, flowers, airbrush gum paste, pastilage. Hand carving assembling sculpting, royal icing and modeling chocolate design, made and assembled pastilage, assembled cake board with nuts and bolts. 

Sugar mediums:

Fondant with tylose powder pastilage gumpaste. thread rods, nuts, flanges, cling film straws foil. Cake boards posy sticks, floral wires, petal dust, edible paints, cake board is wood with feet’s tape on feet. modeling chocolate, Rice Krispies and styrofoam
