Vanilla Bean Cake (Sugar Cookie)
2 1/4 c flour 
1Tbs Baking Powder 
1/4 tsp Salt
**sift; set aside**
8oz Unsalted Butter <soft>
1 3/4 c Sugar 
1 Vanilla Bean, scraped 
**cream**
3 Large Eggs <room temp>
**add 1 egg at a time to the butter mixture **
2 Tbs Vanilla Bean Paste
**add to butter mixture**
1 1/2 c Milk <room temp>
Add To the Cream mixture a little at a time >>> Dry, Milk, Dry, Milk until gone. 
Bake 325* until toothpick comes out clean.
