Techniques used: 

 The tools used to shape the Hydrangea flower and the cake are:
cutters, silicone textures, special pastry wire, powder coloring ribbons, tweezers, tools to give a better finish Foam pads for exclusive use of Fondant or sugar paste or pastillage in this case I am using the special sugar paste that It is to make flowers, for the cake the media used are round and square domies, Fondant Royal icing, pastillage stencils.

Sugar mediums:

The medium used to make the Hydrangea flower is sugar paste, powdered coloring, sugar paste glue, edible glue.
Fondant, Royal icing, pastillage and isomalt, powders without edible glitter, pearls.
